Fitted by Raylite - Recent Frame & Lenses We've Prescribed

We’re kicking off #FittedByRaylite, a new series where we showcase the eyewear we’ve fitted for our customers! As lens experts, we’ve always been focused on precision, personalisation, and ensuring every wearer gets the best visual experience. But in the midst of our work, we often forget to document the amazing frame and lens combinations we put together—until now.
This series is designed to give you a closer look at how different frames and lenses come together to meet diverse needs. Whether it’s for daily wear, work, sports, or special requirements, every pair is carefully prescribed and fitted to match the wearer’s lifestyle.
Here's a look at selected pieces:
1) MYKITA Martin frame with ZEISS Single Vision Lenses

As for the prescriptive lenses, ZEISS ClearView lenses feature their proprietary ClearForm technology, which utilises freeform optical design for greater precision over the entire lens surface. With the PhotoFusion add-on, these glasses also double-up as a sunglass as they turn dark outdoors under the sun!
2) Masaki Matsushima frame with ZEISS Digital Lenses For this customer, the selected eyewear is a Masaki Matsushima rimlon metal frame, made in Japan. This is a popular brand with our customers as their frames are of Japanese titanium, durable and mostly quite lightweight. Masaki Matsushima designs are futuristic and are mostly gender neutral, though leaning towards the masculine side.
The selected lenses are SmartLife PRO Digital lenses - part of ZEISS's top-of-the-line series. Currently, SmartLife PRO lenses are only available at ZEISS Vision Expert stores and the measurements must be taken with a ZEISS i.Profiler Plus machine. As for digital lenses, these are anti-fatigue lenses with a boost power at the bottom part of the lens to help reduce eye fatigue during prolonged hours of near work. This is generally recommended for young adults under 40 (before presbyopia or "lao hua" kicks in).
3) Customer's own frame (999.9) with HOYA Progressive Lenses
For this customer, we’ve paired their stylish 999.9 frame, known for its meticulous Japanese craftsmanship, with HOYA Progressive Lenses. HOYA's Hoyalux ID Myself is one of their best progressive lens offerings, designed to cater to an individual's unique vision needs. Hoyalux ID Myself lenses are particularly renowned for their sharpness and smooth transitions between different focal points, making them an excellent choice for those who need to manage presbyopia while maintaining visual clarity. These lenses are highly personalised and adjust the prescription smoothly from near to intermediate and distance, providing greater comfort for daily activities.
4) Oakley Holbrook RX A with Kodak Transitions lenses The Oakley Holbrook RX A frame, a favorite among Oakley enthusiasts, is designed with durability and style in mind. This iconic frame, combined with Kodak Transitions Lenses, offers exceptional performance. Kodak's Transitions lenses are specially designed to adapt to changing light conditions. These lenses darken in bright sunlight and revert back to clear indoors, ensuring consistent visual comfort and protection from UV rays. Ideal for those who are frequently outdoors, they combine the benefits of photochromic technology and the rugged design of Oakley eyewear, offering both protection and performance in one sleek package.
5) MYKITA Imba frame with Essilor Varilux Progressive Lenses

At Raylite Optical, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every wearer has unique needs, and we take the time to understand their habits, preferences, and vision requirements before recommending the best lens solutions. It’s not just about fitting glasses—it’s about enhancing the way you see and experience the world.
We’re excited to share more of our work with you. Stay tuned for the next #FittedByRaylite, and if you're considering a new pair of glasses, do book an appointment for a personalised consultation! 👀✨
